Darrell Young has been the Lead Pastor at the Strathmore Alliance Church near Calgary, Alberta since 1997. He studied at Simpson College and Simpson Graduate School of Theology in San Francisco and recently completed an MABTS at Ambrose Seminary in Calgary. Previously he served in youth ministry in California, British Columbia, and Alberta, and is now active in developing Charles Simeon Trust workshops in Canada.

Paul Martin is the founding pastor of Grace Fellowship Church in Toronto, Ontario. He holds a BA in Biblical Studies from The Master's College and an MDiv from The Master's Seminary, both of Los Angeles, California. Since 1994 he has pastored churches in Chesley and Toronto, Ontario.

James Seward is Senior Pastor of Maple Avenue Baptist Church. Before that, he served as Associate Pastor at the First Baptist Church of Lindale, Texas. James completed his undergraduate education at the University of Chicago, where he was also part of the founding core of Holy Trinity Church and served as a pastoral intern. He went on to complete a master's degree in the Biblical Exegesis program at Wheaton College where he also served on the pastoral staff of College Church under Kent Hughes. James has traveled to Vietnam to train pastors and has been involved with the Workshops on Biblical Exposition for more than 10 years.

Mark Leach is Rector of Trinity Church Streetsville. He spent his first 20 years in southern Africa (Zambia, South Africa, Zimbabwe). After studying Medicine in Cape Town, he moved to Sydney, Australia to study theology at Moore College. He was ordained as an Anglican minister and served as a a pastor in Sydney and Melbourne and later planted a church in Melbourne. In addition to his theology degree, he also earned a Masters in Organisation Dynamics from RMIT University in Melbourne. Mark also founded and serves as CEO of LifeToolsOnline.com.
