A Short Word, February 2026
On January 23, 2001, the Charles Simeon Trust was founded to promote the gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world by training the next generation of biblical expositors. Since then, the Lord has grown this ministry—from a local effort training a few dozen pastors to an international effort training thousands. By God’s grace, we’ve remained on mission through the years.
We want to see better preaching everywhere, so God’s Word can be heard anywhere.
Why does this matter? Because, “When there is faithfulness in unpacking the Word, it can change lives,” says Filipino Pastor Franco Ferrer, “It is the Word of God doing the work.” To learn about Franco’s story and much more, check out our 2025 Annual Report.
Thank you for being faithful to God’s call to “proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9). We’re deeply encouraged that people all over the world are working together to see better preaching everywhere.
Gratefully,
Alyssa Walker
