Patrick Byekwaso Maku

Patrick Byekwaso is the Senior Pastor at Lugogo Baptist Church in Kampala, the capital city of Uganda. Patrick holds a Bachelors of Theology from Africa International University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Biblical Studies from National Theological College and Graduate School. Patrick works part-time as the Children in Families and Church Partnerships Programme Manager for Children at Risk Action Network. His work there involves engaging with church leaders and other stakeholders to prevent family separation, prepare families to receive children, protect children by responding to loss and trauma, and support churches in becoming more child-friendly. Patrick is passionate about teaching God’s Word, leadership development, missions and working with young people.
