What Is It?
The Workshop on Biblical Exposition is a three-day training event aimed to encourage and equip you in the skills needed to read, understand, and proclaim the Word of God.
Who Should Attend?
The Women’s Workshops are generally for women who are currently in a teaching ministry with the responsibility to teach the Bible regularly.
How Should I Prepare?
During the small groups, you will have an opportunity to get feedback on work you’ve prepared in advance.
Katie Willis
Women’s Ministry Director, NorthCreek Church
Katie is a Women’s Ministry Director at NorthCreek Church in Walnut Creek, California. She has a BA from Azusa Pacific University and has a background in education. Katie has served in women’s ministry for more than 17 years. She teaches in women’s Bible studies, oversees curriculum development, equips leaders, and is involved with women’s discipleship. Katie also facilitates all NorthCreek Simeon course classes for women.
Mary Liebert
Director of Women's and Children's Ministries, Hinson Baptist Church
Mary serves as the Director of Women’s and Children’s Ministries at Hinson Baptist Church in Portland, Oregon. She teaches women’s Bible study, helps write curriculum, teaches kid’s Sunday school, and is involved in small group and one on one discipleship. Mary holds an MA in Biblical and Theological Studies from Western Seminary as well as a BS in Bible and Theology from Multnomah University.
